
STAND UP PADDLE BOARD YOGA CLASS

Enjoy a 60 minutes yoga practice floating in the bay. Class is compsed of Hatha Yoga poses designed around a SUP experience. Yoga poses sequences are created to be energizing and also relaxing. All experiences levels welcome. Includes SUP, instruction and all equipment.
Classes offered - Call for other days and times. 2 person minumum. Private classes are available.
